On behalf of the Embassy of the Kingdom of the Netherlands, we are looking for a Secretarial Administrative Assistant based in Bern.

The Secretarial Administrative Assistant occupies the reception desk, answers the telephone and carries out organisational, secretarial and administrative tasks to support management, policy and the Internal and Consular Affairs department.

qualification

  • Secretarial-administrative education
  • Relevant experience is required
  • Strong organizational and planning skills, ability to work under pressure
  • Proactive, reasonable ability to work independently
  • Team player
  • Client oriented
  • Fluency in Dutch and English (C1), good working knowledge of German, knowledge of French is a plus
  • Good Microsoft Office skills
