Main Responsibilities:

  • Administrative contract and invoice management of several international clinical studies (internal and external finance management)
  • Providing general administrative support, i.e. support tools for budget management, support in managing the document archive, etc.
  • Internal and external oral and written communication in German and English with business partners globally
  • Support the organization and management of agenda for Clinical Leaders (set-up calls, meetings, rooms etc.)
  • Booking & management of business travel and expense reports for Clinical Leaders and Clinical Team
  • Assistance with the logistical set-up for and introduction of new employee
    Maintaining and ordering office supplies


Who we are looking for:

  • Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant
  • Excellent office management and interpersonal skills are essential as are good organizational abilities
  • Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular)
  • Ability to work under minimal supervision
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Personality of a good team player

This role based in Zuchwil, Switzerland will initially be limited until the end of the year, with an option for extension.
