Main Responsibilities:

As part of manufacturing plants transferring from J&J (Depuy Synthes) to Jabil in the course of Q4. 2019 we are looking for a project resources to support this transfer and respected finance charters. The role is embedded in the Finance project organization and has a strong link to base business and various stakeholders. The position will report to the Finance Project lead of this transfer.

  • Support Finance project leads in delivering milestones in project charters, like Fixed Assets, Accounting, Standard Costing, Compliance, Payroll, T&E, Hedging, Tax and Inventory
  • Support base business in creation of cost pool per plants which will be carved-out to Jabil as part of transition. This requires to be able to acquire information as quick as possible and very good finance and excel skills to make this happen in an efficient way
  • Support base business in cleaning general ledger which is scope of Jabil and support Project team with regards of cut-over activities


Who we are looking for:

  • University degree or equivalent and professional experience
  • 3+ years' of applicable finance and/or cost accounting experience
  • Advanced Information technology skills, especially MS Excel
  • Very good knowledge of SAP
  • Strong organization and planning skills, ability to work under pressure
  • Strong analytical and conceptual skills
  • Ability to work independently and understands the implications of work performed
  • Fluent English, French and/or German is an asset
