Responsibilities:
- Assist with teaching according to the teacher's plans
- Provide 1:1 support to students
- Facilitate group and individual activities as directed
- Support students' well-being within the school's framework
- Monitor and evaluate student progress under teacher guidance
- Assist with implementing management strategies for effective teaching and learning
- Support students across various curriculum areas
Requirements:
- Ability to work with learners with diverse learning difficulties
- Understanding of special needs students
- Willingness to learn and build relationships with students
- Confidence to support lead in various educational subjects
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- GCSE Maths and English or equivalent
- Flexibility in educational approach
- Experience in SEND settings preferred but not required
- Eligibility to work in the UK (No sponsorship provided)
- Enhanced DBS on update service or willingness to obtain one
