Review the project planning and detailed design to assess the construction cost
negotiate with the stakeholders regarding the financial arrangement
Conduct site visits and prepare relevant reports
Supervise junior engineers

skills & qualifications required.

Degree in Civil or Geotechnical Engineering
Corporate member of HKIE in relevant discipline or equivalent
5 years post qualification
Proficient in Chinese and English
