Randstad Property is working with a well-known Health Care Provider as they look to hire a Senior Facilities manager to join their team. A great opportunity for an experienced Facilities manager to step up into a role responsible for both the strategic and operational function of a national portfolio.
As the Senior Facilities Manager you will collaborate closely with Regional Managers, clinic coordinators and the senior leadership team within a live environment where emphasis is on patient care. About the role:
- Planned and preventative maintenance across portfolio
- Manage OPEX & CAPEX budget in conjunction with the Finance team
- Contractor management for all property related operational requirements
- Strong stakeholder management both internally and externally
- Review and assist in H&S policies & procedures
- Work with the team to ensure all clinical and cornerstone audits are met and passed
- Ensure alignment of procurement across clinics
What we are looking for:
- 5+ years experience across a sizeable or national portfolio
- Strong communication and contractor management experience
- Experience managing financial budgets
