Responsibilities
As a Senior Manager, Communication Advice Centre, your duties will be:
•Supporting directly content development for VP AC communication and supports Senior Executive internal and external communications and engagements – including speaking notes, video development and presentations.
•Collaborating with AC Senior Leadership and other key Advice Center partners to support communication content development and change management planning and for LOBs and AC strategic priorities (including National Office).
•Supporting Director Communication in developing a communication and change management plan and strategy that engage employees and enables advisor and leadership capability.
•Accountable for prioritizing and executing on timelines and deliverables of the Advice Center communication and change management plan.
•Providing timely communication advice and design expertise, proactive support, and counsel in implementing strategies and AC transformational initiatives for AC nationally.
•Supporting design, development and execution of change management planning for assigned key AC and strategic priority initiatives.
•Acting as advocate for Advice Centre in developing, simplifying and implementing strategic and tactical communications methods using communication channels in the most cost-effective way to maximize employee engagement, client experience, and operational excellence.
•Partnering with National Office (Corporate Communication, Business Enablement and Retail Banking – Issue Management) on BCP and enterprise initiatives where required, providing communication subject matter expertise for the Advice Center supporting embed and sustain activities, access to business impact/outcomes, feedback and insights, monitoring change effectiveness of advisor enablement and client experience
Qualifications
• Strong Advice Center business and operations acumen
•Excellent written, presentation and communication technical skills
•Experience working with and supporting executives and senior leaders
•Experience designing and rolling out communication plans leveraging multiple platforms
•Proven experience in planning and executing change
•Critical thinking mindset, quick to adapt to changing circumstances
•Excellent listening and ability to analyze communication environment, needs and opportunities
•Advocate to continuously improve the advisor and client experience
Nice to Have:
•Executive writing experience
•Change Management
•Advice Center business experience
•Cross functional project experience
•Visual communication skillset
•Bilingual capabilities, both oral and written
