As a Senior or Principal Power Systems Engineer, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the reliability and efficiency of Tasmania's energy network.
Your responsibilities include identifying and advising stakeholders on potential issues affecting network reliability, drawing upon your extensive knowledge and experience in power systems.
Providing technical guidance for planning activities and engineering support, you'll ensure compliance with regulatory standards and customer requirements.
About you
In the role of Senior or Principal Power Systems Engineer, you'll bring a wealth of experience in system planning within the Electricity Supply Industry, coupled with a Bachelor of Engineering qualification.
Your expertise shows a deep understanding of power system components such as generation, transmission, and distribution.
Being proficient in software packages like PSSE to provide system designs, in addition with having exceptional communication skills allow you to convey complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders effectively.
