As a Service Desk Agent, you provide support by phone to the following three groups:
- End- users/ Rental dealers and Technicians
- You provide a fast, customer-focused service and offer a remote solution
- Using call instructions, you ensure a correct representation of the first line support.

- You monitor the park on a daily basis and actively take the necessary actions
