about the job

You will report to your global Field Application Manager, and be the regional pioneer to drive adoption of the company’s state-of-the-art Transplant Diagnostics products across Asia Pacific territories. As the technical expert, you will closely partner with your regional sales team and distributors, engaging healthcare customers with technical information, advice, and support regarding HLA typing products, ranging from serological tissue typing and antibody screening kits to molecular-based tests. You will:

  • Create and implement programmes and contents for field-based product demonstrations and trainings
  • Initiate and execute experimental plan for field-based product troubleshooting
  • Lead product specification and application discussions with clients and prospects
  • Closely partner with global teams to identify customer opportunities and provide region-specific market insights
  • Represent your company at global conferences as the ambassador for transplant diagnostics business
  • Stay tuned with new technologies and suggest product improvements

skills and experience required

  • Degree or above, in life science or a related field
  • Extensive knowledge of Transplant Diagnostics practices and techniques
  • 3 years+ hands-on experience with HLA typing / transplantation; alternatively, 5 years+ working experience in Application / Sales / Product Management within a Biotechnology company
  • Strong organising skills to drive initiatives and execute plans independently
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Willingness to travel up to 50-60% of the time in Asia Pacific region
