An exciting opportunity has arisen for you to join this tech start up as the Office Manager to work closely with the senior stakeholders based in Singapore

about the job

You act as a business partner to the CEO and CTO, providing them with secretarial and business related support. You will be passionate about the business growth and be excited to know your product and its competition in the market. You will be an excellent researcher to find out the best options to maintain a conducive work environment for a growing team, implementing effective and impactful work processes that would make operational workflow an ease for the employee.

If you are someone who enjoys finding order in chaos, come with creative ideas in improving existing workflow, is service oriented and likes getting involved in the latest tools and apps to execute work plans, this would be your chance!

Responsibilities include:

  • Calendar management
  • Effective travel planning
  • Office operations management – facilities management
  • Procurement and expenditure tracking
  • Market mapping and researching as required by the business
  • Ad-hoc projects

skills & experience required

You would be an individual who comes with 5 years of office management and business support experiences in a start-up environment. Salary circa S$84000 per annum excluding bonuses.
