about the company

We are currently seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Claims Assistant to temporarily join the team. This 6 months renewable contract is due to start immediately. Reporting through to the Head of Claim, you will be responsible for administrative support. Your support will enable the operation team to proactively manage claims within legislation and to achieve good level of service and upkeep service level within the industry.

about the role

working closely with this corporate support team your key responsibilities focuses on handling administrative i.e data entry of claims details into systems and or any other admin work when arise.

skills and requirement

To be successful you need to be certified with minimum O levels or at least a diploma in business related for this role and with 2-3 years working experience in an admin position. It will be good to have some experiences in processing Group Life and Health Insurance and previous experiences in providing quality customer service.
