about the job

  • Day-to-day management of clients’ portfolio by providing treasury and cash management solutions
  • Attend to clients’ queries, requests and feedbacks
  • Provide sales support and deliver exceptional service to clients globally
  • Meet clients with Sales team and work with Sales on proposals for clients
  • Cross-selling of Bank’s products and services to general sales/referrals
  • Conduct scorecard review with clients
  • Participate in local and regional projects as assigned

skills and experience required

  • At least 2 years of Client Services experience within the Banking & Financial Services sector
  • Prior experience in Treasury and Cash Management solutions for Corporate/FI clients is an added advantage
  • Excellent communications and presentations skills
  • Possess strong client servicing skills and the ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels
  • Good knowledge of banking systems, products and electronic banking platforms
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
