About the company

We are currently seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Claims Assistant to temporarily join the Marketing and product team. This 6 months renewable contract is due to start immediately. Reporting through to Head of Customer Engagement Manager, you will be responsible for administrative support with the new launch policy. Your support will enable the customer service team to proactively upkeep good level of services within the industry.

about the role

Your key responsibilities will be working closely with the team to check and verify the Endowment applications are all in order, fulfilling all regulatory and compliance requirements. Your role is to call and follow-up with the customers with whom we may need the correct documents, amended documents, etc for customer to continue the Endowment plan..

skills and requirement

To be successful you need to be certified with at least a diploma/ degree in business related for this role and ability to manage timely follow-up. Equipped with Insurance certificates M5, M9, BCP, HI, PGI would be an advantage. A good team player with good customer service over the phone is what we are looking for.
