My client is an international shipping company, providing fast and reliable express delivery & air freight services to more than 220 countries and territories around the world.

about the job

You will be performing reconciliation of customer’s Account Receivables and payments and assisting customers in escalating and resolving disputes on billings. You will also be responding and following up on customer’s queries related to customer’s account and making collection calls to customers. In addition you will maintain and update data related to customer’s account and Account Receivables. Furthermore you will participate in process / customer experience improvement projects.

skills and experience required
Fluent in Japanese in order to liaise with Japanese speaking customers who can only speak Japanese

Experience in a similar role is desired
