about the job

  • Process orders into management system
  • Process invoices and credit notes as needed
  • Managing customer calls and inquiries
  • Manage end to end order fulfillment process
  • Analyze customer data utilizing reports and systems
  • Maintain department ISO procedures
  • Managing the end to end cosignment process via forecast and inventory levels at customer location
  • Negotiate freight/courier rates or services

skills & experience required

  • Bachelors / Diploma qualification
  • Min 3 years of experience in direct customer facing
  • Data collection and problem definition
  • Knowledge of warehouse processes, logistics and shipping
  • Hands on with ERP SAP systems will be a plus
  • Global order management process knowledge
  • Experience in handling full letter of credit negotiation process
