My client specializes in manufacturing and designing medical equipment and their expertise has made them the leader in their field. They are seeking for a Customer Service & Operations Specialist (3PL) who will be responsible for managing all orders in the Oceania region.

about the job

As a Customer Service & Operations Specialist (3PL), your key tasks involve:

  • Customer Management
    • Manage all customer requests and order processes with close follow-up from order placement to closure
    • Handle shipping requirements pertaining to ship dates, forecast and end of quarter order management
  • Inventory management
    • Work closely with service manager and stock controller to ensure stock satisfy the order fulfilment at all times
    • Monitor all backlog to expedite deliveries
    • Manage with 3PL to ensure timely shipments
  • Working cohesively with cross functional teams and support in process improvement activities and other documentation work

skills & experience required

To be successful in this position, you must have the ability to demonstrate or possess:

  • Degree in Logistic & Supply Chain Management/ Engineering or equivalent
  • Min 3 years’ experience in customer service and order management
  • Good exposure to coordinating with 3PL and well versed with SAP
  • Exposure to the business & logistical requirements of different geographical territories within Australia and New Zealand
