A swiss based IT company is looking to hire a Customer Service Representative to join their growing business.

about the job

As the Customer Service Representative, you will be a part of the Customer Service team where you will mainly be responsible for the following:

  • Delivering excellent customer service and managing the needs of customers through phone calls and emails
  • Handling inquiries from customers
  • Addressing customers’ concerns & issues
  • Logging all calls into the system

about the manager / team

You will be a part of a closely knitted Customer Service team where you will report directly into the Customer Service Manager in Singapore to ensure that the operations are smooth and efficient.

skills & experience required

This role requires you to come with at least 2 years of customer service experience. You should be an extremely service oriented individual whose passionate about providing customers with an excellent customer experience. This job also requires you to speak, read and write Chinese as you will receive a portion of calls from China and Taiwan region from customers who are not proficient in English.
