An international eyewear supplier is looking for a dynamic Customer Service Specialist to join their Singapore business.

about the job

As the Customer Service Specialist, you will be a part of the team where you will mainly be responsible for the following:

  • Being the first point of contact for the customers
  • Assisting the resolution of business and customer needs
  • Managing the order flow from the purchasing of order to the order invoicing
  • Working closely with sales team

about the manager / team

You will be a part of a small team where you will report directly into the Customer Service Manager in Singapore to ensure that the operations are smooth and efficient. You will take on a proactive and friendly approach when handling internal queries and ad hoc requests. Your role is an important and highly regarded support function that could greatly influence a positive work environment.

skills & experience required

This role requires you to come with at least 3 years of customer service experience, ideally with good knowledge of order-to-cash flows. You will demonstrate high adapting skills, well in multi tasking and demonstrate ability to work independently and in teams in a face paced environment.

In return this role will offer a salary up to S$3000 or commensurate with experience and qualifications. Be ready for a challenging work experience!
