A swiss based IT company is looking to hire a Customer Service Representative to join their growing business.

about the job

As the Customer Service Representative, you will be a part of the Customer Service team where you will mainly be responsible for the following:

  • Delivering excellent customer service and managing the needs of customers through phone calls and emails
  • Handling inquiries from customers
  • Addressing customers’ concerns & issues
  • Logging all calls into the system

about the manager / team

You will be a part of a closely knitted Customer Service team where you will report directly into the Customer Service Manager in Singapore to ensure that the operations are smooth and efficient.

skills & experience required

This role requires you to come with at least 2 years of customer service experience. You should be an extremely service oriented individual whose passionate about providing customers with an excellent customer experience.

In return this role will offer a salary up to S$3000 or commensurate with experience and qualifications. Be ready for a rewarding work experience!
