This financial technology firm led by experienced corporate leaders who are entrepreneur at heart is looking to hire an Executive Assistant and Office Manager who would make a difference and impact the growth of the business in Singapore.

about the job

Double hatting the role of an EA to APAC Managing Director and an office manager, you are the advisor to the senior stakeholders. You come with solid executive support experiences including handling complex meeting arrangements and calendar management, travel arrangements, expenses claims and preparation of meeting documents and powerpoint decks. You will be the pulse on the floor and act as an engaging partner to peers at the ground, be an approachable manager who strives to provide seamless and smooth office operations.

Working in a multinational environment, you are encouraged to have your voice heard, be the sounding board between the senior stakeholders and operations. You are passionate and service oriented individual who works independently and in teams!

skills & experience required

To excel in this role, you would come with 8 years of executive support and office management experience in a MNC environment. It would be an added advantage if you have a combined experience working for start up environment too. You are an excellent communicator and with ability to put on your strategic thinking hat while getting your hands dirty to get things done! In return, this role pays up to SGD95000per annum.
