about the company
My client is a reputable investment holding organization and has investments in a few lines of businesses that has strong regional presence. Their network and performance has led to a strong brand reputation over the years. They are currently looking for a dynamic individual to join as a HR and Admin Manager. This incumbent would be taking care of Singapore's office. You will be sitting at the Group Level and overseeing the different subsidiaries.

about the job
You will be undertaking the role of a HR and Admin Manager, your role includes but not limiting to:

  • Managing the full spectrum of HR functions - Recruitment, L&D, C&B, Employee Relations, Performance Management etc.
  • Drive an employee oriented, high performance culture that emphasizes empowerment, quality, productivity and standards
  • Develop processes and metrics that support the achievement of organization's business goals
  • Oversee the implementation of HR Policies and programmes, and identify opportunities for improvement
  • HR Business Partnering - providing strategic advices to managers on HR related issues
  • HR Operations - Administration for all HR Activities including onboarding process, staff movements, employee welfare, training administration etc
  • Lead full administration support and oversee day to day office operations
  • Monitor internal processes between Group level and subsidiaries

about the manager/team
You will be reporting to the CEO of the company and be holding an individual contributor role.

skills and experience required
You will be degree qualified in HR or related fields of studies. You should have at least 5 years of experience preferably in similar capacity. You will be well versed in the full suite of HR functions and be able to work in a fast paced environment. You will have strong interpersonal and communication skills to be able to liaise with employees across all levels.
