A renowned brand within the Lifesciences industry, our client focuses on different business areas of diagnostics and comes up with research methods to improve current practices. They have a strong regional presence and are continuously expanding. They are currently inviting a dynamic and independent individual to join their business to take care of the end to end spectrum of HR functions within the office.

about the job
You will undertake the role of a HR Generalist, your role includes but not limiting to:

  • Maintain full spectrum of Recruitment support - coordination of interviews, reference checks, employment contracts, on-boarding/off-boarding activities, hiring needs analysis
  • Manage foreign employees' work pass and contract renewal processes
  • Liaise with outsourced vendors on Payroll matters - Verifications as well as tax and CPF submissions, compile salary adjustments etc
  • Support the team with designing of training programmes and training coordinations
  • Responsible for employees' benefits and claims administration matters
  • Provide HR advisory and strategic advices for full fledge of HR functions
  • Coordinate with HR Team to roll out initiatives or projects e.g. Workplace Health and Safety initiative, culture surveys, talent & succession process, etc.

about the manager/team
You will be working in a team of 4 and be supporting a headcount of about 350.

skills and experience required
You will be degree qualified with relevant qualifications in related field (HR or Business Administrartion) and demonstrate at least 2 years of in similar capacity. Relevant experience is a definite advantage that would put you in a league above the rest. You will be someone with strong communication skills who is good in stakeholder management skills to manage both up and down. You should also be someone who is able to work independently and work well in a fast paced environment. Other than the mentioned, you will also be someone who is able to work well in a multi-cultural environment and familiar with the full suite of HR Operations.
