about the job

You will undertake the role of an HR Manager, supporting 1 business entity, directing all matters pertaining to implementation of performance management, talent development, Payroll/C&B, budgeting & reporting, recruitment and selection. You will business partner the BUs to identify business objectives as well as to develop and implement Division-wide human resource strategies and initiatives. You will also ensure excellence service delivery on day to day HR related matters, ensuring the smooth running of the day-to-day BAU.

You will find yourself in a fast pace environment with abundance of opportunities to grow together with the organization. You will also support your stakeholders in understanding their operation needs and assist them to bring their team to meet business goals.

about the manager/ team

Reporting directly to the Senior HR Manager, you will work closely alongside a dynamic HR team within the organization. Teamwork is of an essence to our client and you will be looking at working with an exceptional dynamic and professional team of people.

skills and experience required

You will be degree qualified in HRM or related field of studies and demonstrate at least 5 years of experience preferably in a fast moving retail environment. You will be someone with excellent people skills when it comes to employees related matters. You will also be someone who is versatile in handling people of all levels and demographic backgrounds. Apart from the mentioned, you must be someone who enjoys working in a dynamic, ever-changing and fast pace environment with the desire to grow together with the organization. Conversant in mandarin is essential for this role due to business requirement to communicate with internal stakeholders.
