They are looking for an ambitious IT Support Analyst to provide onsite support.

In this role, you will be required to:

  • Providing face to face and remote telephone support to internal stakeholders
  • Monitoring and prioritising logged calls and adhering to internal SLA and/or priority framework
  • Providing on-site support that includes troubleshooting
  • Knowledge on PC configuration and customisation of equipment





This is a permanent role with excellent benefits and remuneration.





skills and experience required

To succeed in this position, you will need:

  • Diploma / Degree is required
  • Minimum 3 years experience in IT Support
  • Legal / professional services background with technical experience is preferred
  • Microsoft Windows 2008/2012 Server + Active Directory Experience
  • Knowledge of Remote Control software
  • Knowledge on configuring mobile devices (e.g. Blackberry, iPhone, iPad, Android, MobileIron)
  • Citrix remote access system and Microsoft Outlook email systems and mobile email access
  • Excellent communication skills with strong verbal and written skills
