Our client is a global infrastructure services company listed on the Singapore Exchange.


This is a new role - the client is looking for an IT Support Engineer



about the job

You will be required to:

  • Providing support to end-users in troubleshooting and resolving of desktop PC, Level 1 servers, network support.
  • Diagnosing and solving faults by provide support and troubleshoot PCs hardware and software to end users via phone or on-site support
  • Setup new user accounts and profiles and dealing with password issues.
  • Analyse and troubleshoot and resolve technical issues via phone or face-to-face

This is a permanent role, with bonuses and good benefits.



skills and experience required

To succeed in this position, you will need:

  • Diploma/Degree in IT
  • Min 3 years relevant experience in IT support
  • Technical knowledge in Microsoft Office Suite and troubleshooting of PC server & Network related issues.
  • Customer service oriented and good problem solver with strong analytical skills.
