As one of the established players in the market, they are continuously expanding and are looking for a HR Payroll Specialist to join their team.

about the job
You will undertake the role of a HR Payroll Specialist. Your role includes but not limiting to:

  • Reconcile pre-processing reports to ensure accuracy of information prior to processing payroll
  • Maintain payroll information, files and records to provide up to date reference and audit trail for compliance
  • Funds Management - preparing fund request and transaction statement for custodial clients
  • Bank disk uploads
  • Reconcilation of bank statement
  • Coordinating with internal team and clients to meet deadlines
  • Preparing monthly custodial related reports
  • Queries handling

about the manager/team
You will be reporting to the Payroll Manager.

skills and experience required
You will be degree qualified in related fields of studies (Accounting, Business Administration) and demonstrate at least 1 year of experience. Individuals who are looking to specialise in Payroll are highly encouraged to apply as well. Besides payroll, there would also be opportunities for you to explore other functions of HR as the organization encourages inter department rotations. You will be someone who is proficient in data crunching and be able to work well in a fast paced environment. Apart from the mentioned, you will be someone who is dynamic, organized and meticulous.
