Requirements: Applicants should have a good degree in their teaching subject or related discipline and a recognised teaching qualification or certification are expected. Previous IB curriculum experience is highly desirable. You should certainly be committed to an inquiry based student centred approach to teaching. Applicants should be committed to the school's mission and ethos including its five key elements: Academic, Personal and Social Education, Service, Activities and Outdoor education. You should be committed to teaching in a multi cultural environment and previous EAL teaching experience is therefore welcomed. A collaborative style is important and along with an ability to work well within a variety of cultures. You need to be adaptable and flexible and have a positive approach to life.
