My client, an international manufacturing company, is looking to hire a service oriented Receptionist cum Administrator to join the Singapore business.

about the job

Reporting to the Director, you are primarily responsible for providing a full spectrum of front desk and administrative duties. The key responsibilities include but not limited to:

  • manage telephone switchboard
  • attend to all incoming calls and visitors
  • organize and coordinate conferences, meeting rooms and video conferences
  • procure stationery and office supplies
  • office facilities management and maintenance
  • help in logistics arrangement on an ad hoc basis i.e. sourcing of vendors for events
  • basic accounting duties
  • liaise with regional colleagues

skills and experience required

The successful incumbent for this role will come with a minimum of 2 years of relevant receptionist experience in a multinational environment. You are a professional and customer service oriented individual with the ability to communicate effectively with people at all levels. You are a keen and fast learner with great initiative to take on more responsibilities and being able to work independently.

In return this role will offer a salary up to S$3000 or commensurate with experience and qualifications.
