about the job

You will be seated at the Reception desk to meet and greet incoming visitors, managing all incoming calls to the main line and screen and transfer said calls to your colleagues acordingly, as well as being responsible for the upkeep and cleanliness of the reception area and meeting rooms. You will also assist in some aspects of office administration such as ordering of pantry supplies, office stationery and name cards, as well as managing office fixed assets. On top of that, you will provide administrative support such as making restaurants reservations for internal events on an ad-hoc basis.

about the manager / team

This role reports to the Office Manager and replaces the current Receptionist who has been working in the company for more than a decade and moving on to a new role internally. There is a lack of permanent headcount therefore this will be a 1-year contract, renewable yearly. Salary adjustment due to performance and employment benefits will be offered.

skills & experience required

You should possess minimum 5 years of receptionist, customer service or administrative experience in a corporate office environment. The ideal candidate should be well-presented with a positive attitude. .
