about the job

You will aligned all HR processes within the APAC region and serve as a business partner to the SG office. You will partner the business to streamline, review and enhance HR Systems and processes to ensure maximum service delivery and efficiency. You will also manager and oversee end-end HR processes for all matters pertaining to payroll, on and off boarding, reporting budgeting. Your responsibilities will also include taking ownership for HR compliance/risk and advise the business accordingly to ensure all legislations are being met

Reporting to the Head of People, you will work alongside a huge HR team in the SG office.

skills and experience required

You will be Degree qualified in HRM or related field of studies and demonstrate at least 4 years of experience preferably in similar capacity. Relevant experience within the FMCG industry is a definite advantage that would put you in a league above the rest. You will be someone who is able to multi-task and work well across different business functions with the ability to relate well and communicate effectively with business stakeholders of all cultural levels. Apart from the mentioned, you will also be someone who is dynamic, organized with the ability to work well in a dynamic fast-paced environment. Due to constant organizational development plans, you will also be someone that is receptive and resilient to changes with the ability to work around ambiguity.
