about the job

You will be responsible for technical support provided to your end-customers and channel partners in South East Asia region. You will educate, train, and manage your Field Service Engineers and distributors, to ensure a consistent service branding that quality service is always provided to end-customers regardless of their location. You will:

  • Directly supervise a team of Field Service Engineers
  • Take P&L responsibilities for Service Contract sales and delivery
  • Ensure timely delivery of technical support when a user challenge is escalated from distributors
  • Conduct trainings for distributors to improve their technical capacity on a regular basis
  • Closely partner with Sales teams to ensure alignment of business goals

skills and experience required

  • Degree or above, in Engineering, Science, or Business
  • 5 years+ managerial experience in field service management and planning, with any Medical Device, Clinical Diagnostics, or Scientific Instrument business
  • Strong business acumen and proven experience in profit & cost management
  • Prior experience with Clinical Diagnostics instrument
