about the job

This role is primarily office administration, with some facilities duties. There is an opportunity to be exposed to some basic accounting responsibilities for personal growth and career development. The key duties of this role is to manage and ensure smooth running of office premises and infrastructure and upkeep and maintenance of office premises. In addition, you will manage vendor relationship and maintenance contracts including coordinating and ensuring smooth operation of upgrading works/repairs/servicing and/or projects. You will also manage and coordinate acquisition and disposal of equipment and other expandables.

about the manager / team

This headcount sits within the General Affairs department and you will report to the HR Manager.

skills & experience required

You must possess at least 8 years’ of relevant experience, preferably in office administration and facilities management and/or HR administration/book-keeping knowledge/interest. The ideal incumbent should also be very meticulous, resourceful and a great team player with good problem-solving skills. This job is well-suited for somebody who is structured and likes to follow set policies and processes. You should also come with knowledge of Workplace Health and Safety.
