  • Technical competency to lead and coach support team to resolve technical problems promptly
  • Work closely with customers and vendors to review open issues and to resolve the issues according to SLA
  • To take over the maintenance support from the implementation team after a project has been commissioned
  • Provide support reports that meet customer’s requirement in timely manner
  • Attend to technical challenges faced by team during 24x7 support and to provide guidance to the team

skills and experience required

  • Experience in a post-sale support in telecommunication, IP telephony or data networking industry in APAC region as a team lead or other managerial position
  • In-depth telecommunication, in either big data analytics, cyber security, IP telephony, virtualization, database, Linux Operating Systems or data networking domain knowledge
  • Professional certification in the respective areas will be considered favourably
  • Ability to resolve technical problems on own or with help from vendors.
  • Strong interests in keeping up-to-date with current technologies
  • Ability to provide clear instructions to team members and formulate strategies in problem solving
