about the team

You will be part of a team which provides multi-product support for Institutional clients across the Asia Pacific region. This role will require you to work very closely with Front office and Operations teams.

about the job

  • Provide day-to-day operational support for Cash Equities across various businesses
  • On-boarding of new clients and handle new accounts setup
  • Liaise with trade support and sales teams on trade bookings
  • Ensure transactions are booked and reconciled timely and accurately
  • Support trade confirmations
  • Handle queries from sales teams and clients
  • Monitor outgoing confirmations to clients as well as allocation status
  • Participate in projects

skills and experience required

  • At least 1 year of Operations experience, with experience in Investment Banking an added advantage
  • Prior Settlements or Trade Support experience an added advantage
  • Knowledge of Fixed Income and/orr Cash Equity products is a plus
  • Familiarity with front-to-back process flows
  • Good communications and inteprersonal skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
