The prestigiou, Tier One contractor are actively seeking a Site Agent to lead the scheme, responsible for road widening, minor M&E and structures. Therefore, this experience is essential to the role! .
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Site Agent in highways or relevant civil engineering projects (managing packages such as earthworks, structures etc).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in project management and construction methodologies.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations and procedures.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage site operations.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day site operations, ensuring project milestones are met.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure project success.
- Implement and enforce health and safety regulations on site, in addition to filling out relevant paperwork such as RFIs, RAMs and ITPs
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, including progress reports and risk assessments.
