This innovative special needs school is seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant to join their team immediately. In this full-time role, you will provide support to students in the KS2-KS3 department on a 1:1, small group, and whole-class basis. This school caters to students aged 2 to 16 with a range of abilities and learning difficulties, and they are committed to meeting the unique needs of each child.

Requirements:
- Relevant childcare experience (voluntary or paid)
- Experience working or volunteering with SEN (desirable)
- GCSE Maths and English or equivalent
- Eligibility to work in the UK
- Flexibility, resilience, and a positive approach to supporting learners with SEN
