What you will be doing
- Train and motivate all team members to expand upon each employees expertise
- Establish clear and concise boundaries that improve morale, reduce unplanned absences and retain staff
- Distribute work flow on a daily basis to ensure productivity levels are maintained
- Participate and analyse staff for performance reviews
- Management of overtime, leave and RDO's
- Lead origination and implementation of productivity improvements
What you will need
- Proven experience in a supervisor role
- CNC qualifications advantageous
- Experience in lean manufacturing processes and implementation
- Formal qualification in front line management or similar
- Demonstrated people skills and good verbal communication and reasoning
- Intermediate IT skills
