Celemi is an international and leading provider of strategic communication and learning, with a focus on experiential learning and business simulations. Celemi is now on an exciting journey and they are looking for two Global Account Managers to join their global sales team. As a Global Account Manager at Celemi you will become part of an international and dynamic team. Along with talented and experienced colleagues, you will be able to develop yourself in your professional role. You will work at their HQ in central Malmö. As Global Account Manager you will be part of the Sales & Marketing team and report to the Sales Director.

Your work assignments
As a Global Account Manager you will identify and prospect businesses and increase revenue streams within our portfolio through new and existing customers. You will follow up on incoming leads through identifying and clarifing our customers’ needs. Based on this information you will negotiate and propose the best possible solution for the customer. You will interact and coordinate, on a global basis, with the rest of the sales-team and staff members in other departments working on the same account. An important part of this role is to conduct and facilitate training seminars based on our business simulations.

You must be willing and able to travel internationally.

Your background
To be the Global Account Manager that we seek, we believe that you should have 3-5 years of experience working in this field. You should have a proven track record within sales and strengths in budgeting and forecasting your monthly and annual sales performance. You should have a relevant education and it is a strong advantage if you have worked with B2B sales before. You should have experience of working in CRM systems, preferably Salesforce.com.

It is imperative that you can communicate fluently in English, both orally and in writing. A good understanding of Swedish would also help you communicate with colleagues and suppliers. It is a further advantage if you speak additional languages e.g. German.

Your personal qualities
We are looking for someone who is self-motivated, driven and results oriented. You should be passionate about customers and sales as well as being strong in building long-term relationships on all levels. For the role, it is also important that you are structured, communicative and a team-player. We have an open-minded atmosphere at Celemi and you will work closely with the management. You are expected to take full responsibility, to help when needed and to drive initiatives within your area of responsibility.
