Lantmännen is looking for a driven Operational Procurement Manager to join Group Supply Chain. During the last years, Lantmännen has focused on setting a process and a platform for the P2P-process within large parts of the Group. External teams in Prague and Chennai support this platform. We are now looking for a person to further develop and improve the current set-up together with both internal and external parties. Group Supply Chain work continuously to support the business to become better and more efficient in their supply chain. As an Operational Procurement Manager, you belong to the department Supply Chain Business Development & Support and Sourcing Unit, consisting of ten persons.

You will have a key role in developing and supporting the Lantmännen businesses within operational procurement and you will make a difference developing current process and platform together with your colleagues in the financial department and our outsourced support team in Prague. You will also work closely with the Group Category Managers and with the procurement organizations in the business units/areas in order to drive continuous improvements and further develop the existing setup.

As a Operational Procurement Manager, your main responsibilities will be:

• Setting and executing long term plans in order to optimize the P2P-process together with finance

• Lead the operational support team in Prague and continuously strengthening and developing the relationship with our outsourcing partner

• Contract and service responsible for the outsourcing agreement including the supplier relationship and performance management

• Drive performance based on the procurement policy together with the business areas

• Collaboration with finance and IT to further develop the process and Ariba System

• Lead process development as a process manager for the requisition process

• Leading super user forums within Lantmännen

• Set and deliver communication plan for coming years

You will report to Head of Business Development & Support and Sourcing Unit. The position is a permanent employment. You will be located at Lantmännen office in Malmö and travelling will occur, primarily to Stockholm and Prague.

You have a relevant academic background and minimum 5 years’ experience within purchasing, operational procurement and of developing and setting P2P-process within larger organizations. You have experience of project management with a record of accomplishments that includes successful management of outsourced partners. Moreover, it is an advantage if you are an experienced process manager. You have excellent verbal and written skills in both Swedish and English and possess excellent skills within Microsoft Office.

You are driven, communicative and customer focused. You have a strong project oriented approach and have the ability to keep stakeholders involved and informed. At the same time, you have a proactive and structured way of working to ensure implementation and success of your projects.
