Requirements:
- Educational Support Experience: Previous experience in an educational support role, preferably with SEN students.

- Dedication to SEN: Genuine interest and commitment to working with children with special educational needs.
- Adaptability: Ability to adapt support techniques to suit individual student needs and classroom dynamics.
