As a SEN Teaching Assistant, you will:

Requirements:
- Relevant NVQ2 qualification or equivalent.
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a teaching or classroom assistant.
- Up-to-date knowledge of educational practices and procedures related to child welfare, safety, and education.
- Strong interpersonal skills to build positive relationships with students and adults.
- Ability to adapt, motivate, and remain resilient as a team player.
