Position Available: Level 3 Qualified SEN Teaching Assistant
Location: Wilmslow, Cheshire East
Compensation: Competitive pay ranging from £13.00 to £13.72 per hour, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours per week - Term Time Only
Contract: Permanent positions available with opportunities for 12-month fixed-term contracts

Role Overview: As a Level 3 Qualified SEN Teaching Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in nurturing and facilitating the educational journey of these students. Your duties encompass fostering a safe and inclusive learning space, implementing tailored behavioural strategies, and cultivating supportive relationships to empower each student's personal growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support students' emotional and educational development within a nurturing environment.
- Collaborate closely with class teachers to deliver engaging and differentiated educational activities.
- Remain adaptable to the evolving needs of the school, providing assistance as required.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Previous experience in SEN environments, either professionally or voluntarily.
- Possession of a full UK driving license and access to personal transportation (desirable).
- GCSE Maths and English at Level 3 or above (essential).
- Level 3 qualification in Support Work for Teaching and Learning or equivalent.
- Familiarity with Safeguarding principles and Child Protection procedures.
- Knowledge or experience working with SEN or SEMH/ASD students.
- Demonstrated flexibility, creativity, and a child-centric approach.
