We are looking for a Technical Services Manager to organize and coordinate all After Sales activities.
...The Technical Services Manager will have the following responsibilities:
⦁ Control services, costs and profitability from Spare Parts revenues⦁ Coordinate the activities and projects focused on the technical aspects of our products ⦁ Ensure alignment and continuous info exchange with relevant departments to ensure rapid response and effective solutions to technical issues. ⦁ Responsible for business development, data analysis and monitoring in order to identify new business opportunities⦁ Manage the Parts and Services Pricing and Budget to be aligned with Regional guidelines ⦁ Cost and Sales Performance monitoring to achieve the Market and Regional Contribution goal⦁ Technical documentation management with the aim to propose service documentation and problem-solving articles⦁ Define Training program in line with Regional guidelines
Proven experience up to 3 years in a similar role within the heating equipment industry.
