As part of the EMEA Marketing team, you are a team player but most importantly you are an authentic personality!Purpose of the Job:Grow the brand by co-developing the marketing plan and leading marketing initiatives to increase brand penetration and enable sales in Germany or the UK.Key accountabilities:Co-develop annual marketing plans for the brand (focus on Germany or UK) in accordance with the EMEA brand plans to achieve goals and to drive growth, identifying new marketing opportunities and promotional programs.Develop and execute initiatives, including innovation, to increase brand equity and brand penetration to achieve sustainable growth targets.Maintain promotional plans for the brands, coordinating with the Operations department where applicable (e. g. promotional packaging etc.).Plan POS materials and coordinate logistics and order quantity.Monitor ATL/BTL allocation, tracking spend structure e.g. for advertising, promotion, media and research agencies.Benchmark and understand market best practices.Initiate and coordinate qualitative and quantitative research in co-operation with CMI.Analyze market - and consumer information to give clear recommendations to fuel future brand growth, e.g. portfolio, pricing, promotions, communications and distribution.Coordinate and cooperate with the Procurement department and design- and communication agencies regarding advertising, promotion, media and research.Support the Sales teams with supporting market-, brand- and product information.Manage budgets within guidelines.Embracing the company's culture, incorporating its values into every day work life, acting as a culture ambassador and brand steward.ArbeidsvoorwaardenCompetitive salary, including performance related variable reward and pension schemeStarting date: January 2022 (an earlier start is possible)40 hours per week3 days office - 2 days home1 year contract (extension with good functioning)

    Wij zoeken een ervaren Sr. Communicatieadviseur die graag een bijdrage levert aan de verdere strategische ontwikkeling en uitvoering van Issuemanagement. Met een geïntegreerde communicatieaanpak rondom issues zul je gaan werken aan het versterken van de identiteit, het imago en de reputatie van onze opdrachtgever.Wat je gaat doen?Je zult je bezighouden met het traject WOO (Wet Open Overheid), om er zo voor te zorgen dat deze wetswijziging op een succesvolle manier wordt geimplementeerd binnen de organisatie.Je hebt het juiste gevoel voor nieuwswaarde en maatschappelijke draagvlak en weet welke thema’s extern bijdragen aan de reputatie van de organisatie.Je werkt nauw samen met de manager Communicatie (en bent bij afwezigheid hiervan vervanger) en speelt een belangrijke rol in ontwikkeling en implementatie van beleid en de strategische advisering met betrekking tot Issuemanagement.Je zoekt naar innovatieve mogelijkheden en middelen om te zorgen dat belangrijke issue-thema’s breed worden gedragen in de organisatie.Issuemanagement is een relatief nieuw onderdeel binnen de afdeling Communicatie. Je ondersteunt de Manager Communicatie & Issuemanagement bij het verder inrichten en uitvoeren van Issuemanagement. Je werkt nauw samen met diverse specialisten binnen en buiten Communicatie (o.a. Woordvoering, Public Affairs, Interne/Externe Communicatie en Social Media/Webcare).ArbeidsvoorwaardenHet betreft hier een aanstelling op basis van werving en selectie. Yacht doet de arbeidsbemiddeling, je treedt rechtstreek in dienst bij onze opdrachtgever. Het gaat om minimaal 36 uur, en maximaal 40 uur per week. Standplaats is Amsterdam, maar vanwege covid19 werk je nog grotendeels vanuit huis. Onze opdrachtgever zal in de toekomst volledig overgaan op een hybride werkvorm
