About the role
Our client is a leading FMCG based company in Australia & New Zealand. Due to growth, we are seeking an experienced transport analyst to join the team on a 12 week contract assignment commencing in May.
This 12 week position will be 2 days WFH and 3 days working onsite. Monday to Friday 830am till 430pm
You will be responsible for:
- Gather and analyze data to identify trends, issues, or opportunities.
- Manage and monitor contracts, engage stakeholders, and provide recommendations for future strategies
- Produce reporting and analysis of key data including Purchases, Sales, Inventory, Internal Transfers and Open Purchase Orders
- Prepare, generate, and maintain customer cards
- Perform freight/logistics and supply chain analysis
- Adhoc transport administrative tasks
To be successful in this role you will have:
- 1-2 years of experience in a similar role
- Experience in transport/manufacturing administrative role highly regarded
- Intermediate excel skills
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise workload
- Ability to work independently, and as part of a team
- Reliable and self motivated
