We are looking for a "Customer Service Executive to join the team of our international client operating in FMCG industry.

Effectively managing order capturing process customer relations in terms of delivering the right product, on time and at the right amount to the related customer.
Develop close relationship with internal key stakeholders, sales, financial controlling, AR&Credit control, IT to solve issues.
Manage CRRs with all stakeholders, control, validate all return/refusal invoices and capture in the system in a timely manner.
Deliver agreed level of customer service level and improvement projects with customer
Conduct order management and return process management


University degree
Minimum 4 years’ experience in Customer Services related areas
Excellent Communication skills in English
Very good level of MS Office Applications
Very good level of SAP knowledge
Strong analytical problem solving skills
Good communication skills, acting as a team member
Ambitious, confident and able to take initiative
