Set up infrastructure for performance management system and practices, developing the related methods according to BAS’s strategies
Ensuring position based competencies are identified, developed, maintained and integrated to all related processes for all employees,
Determining and executing talent management system, processes and methodology to be used,
Establishing business partnerships on behalf of the Human Resources function throughout the company, conducting training processes Preparing, approving and communicating the annual business plan, training calendars and budget of the unit, managing within the framework of company and function strategies
Determining the annual training needs in coordination with department directors and to ensure the effect-cost analysis
Measuring and evaluating the effectiveness of the trainings


Advanced level of English,
Min. 5 years of experience on HR,
Excellent recruitment skills,
Experience on designing HR processes.
