To identify organizational development needs and conduct respective lean and optimization workouts,
To take and active role and coordinate compensation benefits management related processes (annual salary reviews, variable pay, job evaluations, etc)
To take and active role and coordinate performance management related processes
To take an active role and coordinate recruitment process for Istanbul office
Prepare monthly / quarterly HR Reports and other ad-hoc reports
To evaluate organizational change requests and support decision process with the related parties,
To follow developments in the related sector, carry out process improvement workouts and develop new project,
To develop all human resources processes,
Be partner across an HR matrix to execute end-to-end HR solutions and services.


Bachelor's degree preferably in Industrial Engineering, Social Sciences, Business Management or other related disciplines
Minimum 6 years experience as HR Generalist, especially Organizational Development of corporate organizations,
Excellent analytical, planning and project management skills and result orientation
The ability to work cooperatively with all levels of the organization,
Advanced use of Excel for data analysis reporting
Good knowledge of SAP
Excellent command of both written and spoken English,
High sense of responsibility.
Strong communication and presentation skills, keen in details with a self-disciplined personality.
