job description

We are looking for an HR Generalist for our business partner.

RECRUITMENT
Prepare and publishes job advertisements, screens candidates resumes and job applications
Approaches potential candidates and conducts personal, phone or video interviews
Provides recommemdations to the line managers with respect to the short-listed candidates
Communicates with the candidates through the entire process and provides excellent candidates care
Compltes references and background checks to facilitate hiring
Handles the administrative social security parts of the recruitments and keeps in the internal database up-to-date
Ensures compliance of the recruitment process and managing candidates data to the DPO
Supports the onboarding process, gives organizes the necessary induction trainings
Provides analytical and well documented recruiting reports to the Country HR Lead
EMPLOYEE RELATIONS
Assist in development and implementation of human resources policies
Ensure compliance of HR policies and procedures, updating applicable compliance documents where appropriate
Handles exit interviews and administrative part of the severance process
PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT
Support the implementation of the performance management process
Support Country HR Lead in effective performance management implementation
Conduct planning of training development
Administer performance management planning, communication, changes and training
Monitors the performance evaluation program
EMPLOYEE ENGAGEMENT
Support implementation of employee engagement initiatives
Supports Country HR Leader in employee engagement initiatives
Supoorts the overall internal communication process
OTHER
Support the payroll and personal administation process whenever needed
Supports global all HR projects and the fulfilment of all Affidea policy procedures
Responsible of all HR related operations
Be a business supporter, enabler for HR related requirements

qualification

Minimum of 3 years of HR generalist experience in a corporate environment
Knowledge of Turkish Labor Law and Social Security regulations
Good command of written and spoken English
Willing to work cooperatively as a team member
Knowledge of multiple human resources disciplines
Good knowledge of Ms office applications
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Flexibility and ability to adapt easily
High energy and motivation to work in a challenging environment
